Shipping & Delivery
How orders leave the building, and when they land.
Processing
Orders are packed within one business day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm ET on Friday ship the following Monday.
Carriers
We ship via FedEx or USPS depending on the destination. Every shipment includes a tracking number, sent by email and in your WhatsApp thread.
Delivery time
Most U.S. addresses receive their box within a few business days after dispatch. Remote ZIPs can take longer.
Packaging
Plain, unmarked boxes. No logos, no product names, nothing on the outside that says what is inside.
Restricted destinations
We do not ship to states where the sale or delivery of these products is restricted. Send us your ZIP on WhatsApp and we will confirm before you pay.
Age verification
Every delivery requires an adult signature. A failed age check means the order comes back and is refunded, minus the return shipping.
