What happens if something arrives wrong.
Damaged in transit
Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we replace the damaged carton or refund it. No return shipment needed for damaged goods.
Unopened cartons
Unopened cartons can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The refund is issued to the original payment method once the box is back with us.
Opened products
For health and regulatory reasons, opened cartons cannot be returned.
Wrong item
If we shipped the wrong carton, tell us in the WhatsApp thread and we cover both the return label and the replacement shipment.
