Age Policy

This store is for adults 21 and over. No exceptions.

21+ only

We sell tobacco products to adults aged 21 or older. Every order is checked twice: once in the WhatsApp thread and once at delivery.

How we verify

We ask for a government-issued photo ID before dispatch, and the carrier requires an adult signature at the door. The name on the ID must match the name on the order.

Failed checks

If the ID check fails, the order is cancelled and refunded in full. If nobody of age is home at delivery, the parcel returns to us and the order is refunded minus shipping.

Minors

Sale to minors is prohibited by law. We do not accept orders from anyone under 21, and we do not sell to anyone buying on behalf of a minor.
