What we collect
Name, shipping address, email, phone number and order history — the information needed to verify age, ship an order and handle support.
Age verification
We check that every buyer is 21 or older. Verification records are kept only as long as the law requires.
When you start an order on WhatsApp, the message and the conversation live in WhatsApp under their privacy terms. We use it to confirm stock, address and payment — nothing else.
Sharing
We share the minimum with carriers (name, address, phone) and payment processors. We do not sell personal data.
